Do I need to register my Case-Mate?

At this time only a limited number of Products need to be registered.  (See below for details). 

GENERAL CLAIMS: All Case-Mate items, purchased in new condition from our website or any of our authorized retailers, are covered under the Case-Mate warranty.  For more information and to file a warranty claim please CLICK HERE.  You may be asked to provide a photo or short video of the defect, as well as proof of purchase to validate your warranty claim.  

Lens Protector Registration only: If your product purchased has a SKU that ends in -IN (see the back of the product packaging), your cover is eligible for the Lens Protection Guarantee program.  Registration for these products is required within 30 days of purchase.  CLICK HERE to complete the registration. 

iPhone 17 series and Pixel 10 cases: Yes! These items can be registered for warranty. You can CLICK HERE to register your device for warranty. The link will then send you a form to fill out.

NOTE: At this time the registration link will only ask you to select your device size rather than the case you have. The photo of the item and purchase receipt will show us what item is being registered.
