Once your claim has been approved, and you have paid the invoice for the shipping fee; you will receive an order confirmation once the order is processed, and then a shipping confirmation when the order has shipped. Under normal circumstances, our target delivery time for economy orders is 5-7 business days.
Orders that ship to HI, AK, and PR may take longer than the standards outlined above.
International orders please allow up to 10 days for your tracking to update. The order will be shipped from our warehouse to Passport. Once received by Passport your tracking will start to update.
