I am a loyal Case-Mate customer, why do I have to pay for warranty shipping?

We appreciate your loyalty to Case-Mate  and our product brands! On all warranty requests, the warranted item is provided at no charge, however, there is an economy shipping/handling charge for the warranty replacement.
