WHAT IS THE CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 WARNING NOTICE?

The following warning label must appear on products sold in California if they contain chemicals on the Proposition 65 list of hazardous substances.

WHAT CHEMICAL(S) IN CASE-MATE PRODUCTS DOES THIS WARNING APPLY TO?

 BPA (bisphenol A) is the only substance our above cases contain which is required by the state of California to put a warning label on, however, Studies pursued by U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)'s National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR) have shown BPA is safe at the very low levels that occur in some foods.
