Contact Case-Mate as soon as possible. We process and ship orders very quickly through a fulfillment center. In some situaitons we can update an address (no guarantee but we can try).
Order Cancellation/Change an Item
We are unable to cancel the order or change items once the order has been placed. All orders process to the fulfillment center immediately. Your best options:
- Place a new order for the correct item, and return the original order for a refund.
- Wait until the new order is received, and then return it for an exchange.
