Contact Case-Mate as soon as possible. We process and ship orders very quickly. Once the order has imported to our fulfillment facility, we have no ability to modify an order.  Case-Mate will make every effort to stop the order if we are able. 


If the order has processed you have options:


  • Place a new order for the correct item, and return the original order for a refund.
  • Wait until the new order is received, and then return it for an exchange.
