Contact Case-Mate as soon as possible. We process and ship orders very quickly. Once the order has imported to our fulfillment facility, we have no ability to modify the address. Case-Mate will make every effort to change the shipping address if we can make the change before the order is processed.
If the order has processed, we will do our best to provide assistance. The original order may come back to us as undeliverable, in which case we can reship the item, or refund your order if you have already placed a new order going to the correct address.
If the order was processed and delivered to the wrong address entered at the time of order, you would be responsible for the charges and the order would not be eligible for a refund.
