Shipping notices are sent by e-mail after all orders have shipped for the day. The designated carrier has to receive and scan the package before their records are updated. 


Domestic Orders: Please allow 24 to 72 hours for the carrier to update their shipping records.  On most standard orders, UPS picks up the order from our fulfillment center.  Once at the local destination, the package is handed off to USPS for final local delivery.  The tracking number provided may be used on both the UPS and the USPS websites to obtain delivery status. USPS will not have updated tracking information until after the package is handed off to them.


(Note: the delivery date provided by UPS is an estimate.  Please refer to USPS for final estimated deliver once their tracking has updated).

 

International Orders:  Please allow 24 to 72 Hours for the carrier to update their shipping records. UPS provides tracking to your country destination.  Once in country, the local mail service makes the final delivery.  UPS tracking is only updated with final delivery information provided the details are sent back to UPS by the local mail service provider.
