All new orders are automatically processed to our fulfillment center as soon as they are submitted. Because of how quickly this happens, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has processed.
If you have ordered the wrong item, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item, and then requesting an RMA on the original order so you can return it when once received.
