Contact Case-Mate as soon as possible. We process and ship orders very quickly through a fulfillment center. In some situaitons we can update an address (no guarantee but we can try).
If the order has processed, we will do our best to provide assistance. The original order may come back to us as undeliverable, in which case we can reship the item, or refund your order if you have already placed a new order going to the correct address.
If the order was processed and delivered to the wrong address entered at the time of order, you would be responsible for the charges and the order would not be eligible for a refund.
