Filing a claim is super easy!
To process a warranty claim we need 2 things. 1. Proof of purchase, and 2. Evidence of the defect.
The item does not have to be purchased through Case-Mate.com. The Online Warranty Portal will accept items purchased from an authorized reseller.
Note: Claims may only be submitted for ONE item, If you have more than one item to claim, please reach out to our SUPPORT TEAM.
Proof of Purchase
You will need to let us know if you bought the item online with us, or through a different authorized seller. If purchased through another seller, we will need a copy of your purchase receipt so we can see the item was purchased in NEW condition.
Evidence of the Defect
We need to see the defect - a picture or short video attached to the claim will suffice!
