How Do I Know My Order Went Through?

Each order is confirmed to the email address you provide to us when the order is placed.  Please double check the confirmation email to verify your shipping address and order details.

If you did not receive an email confirmation, make sure you try any alternate email addresses you may have.  Also, if you checked out using PayPal or Amazon Payments, the email will be sent to the email address you have associated to that account.  It may be different than what you entered on Case-Mate.com. Orders placed through Amazon payments are confirmed directly by Amazon.

Check your SPAM folder in the event the email did not get past your SPAM filter.

If you still can't find the order confirmation please let us know.  You can submit a support request or you may call us at 866-689-3432 M-F 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
