Q: Is this case exactly the same as the Barely There?
A: Nope, this isn't your normal Barely There, but it does still share the same form factor. An I Make My Case is made out of an extremely strong plastic called Lexan, which was developed by GE. Lexan is stronger, lighter, more flexible, and of higher quality compared to other plastic cases on the market. Lexan is used because our 3-D dye-sublimation printing process requires a strong, durable and flexible plastic that can stand up to the ink embedding that is required to produce your one of a kind case. I Make My Case is unique, and the only of its kind so we only wanted to use the highest quality materials to deliver the highest quality product possible.

Q: Does it feel different than a regular barely there?
A: It does, Lexan has really cool flexibility traits. It holds up to a lot more duress and beating than normal plastic does.

Q: What kind of finish does it have?
A: We use a smooth satin finish, to ensure the highest quality print design.

Q: Is the ink going to rub off?
A: Nope, your design is on there for life. The technology we use actually embeds the ink into the plastic, just like if you get a tattoo - the design isn't coming off!

Q: Will my case look exactly how I designed it?
A: We use a sophisticated dye-sublimation printing process to produce high quality, true color prints. Due to potential differences between your monitor's color calibration settings and our technology the color you see on your screen and the color on the case might not be exactly same. Don't worry though, everyone's monitors are different and your case will look great!

Q: Does this case offer complete shock protection?
A: An I Make My Case gives you great protection against everyday wear and tear, but if you're plan on throwing your phone at the wall or dropping it off a tower, you might want to check out our Tough case for better shock protection.

Q: Can I pick a different case-mate case to customize?
A: Not at the moment, but we are developing your favorite products to be customized. Stay tuned....

Q: Does it include a Screen Protector Kit?
A: Of course, case-mate will never hang you out to dry, we always include a Screen Protector Kit with all of our cases.

Q: Can I return or exchange my custom designed case?
A: Unfortunately, because your I Make My Case custom design is totally unique, we can't offer returns or exchanges on them.

Q: Can I return or exchange an artist pre-designed case?
A: Yes! You may return pre-designed artist series cases within 30 days from purchase. Our standard return policy applies to these cases.

Q: What kind of warranty is offered?
A: We got your back, all of our cases, including I Make My Case custom and pre-designed cases, come with a 90 day limited warranty.

Q: Can I order additional cases from my original design?
A: Of course! Just call our customer support team at 866.689.3432 and they'll be able to order additional cases from a prior order.

Q: I came back to IMakeMyCase.com and my design was gone, can I get it back?
A: We save your design for 30 days after you create it, if you don't buy it before then it gets sucked into a creative black hole. If it's gone before the 30 days you probably deleted your cookies or you aren't at the same computer you created your design on. All hope isn't lost though if your design is gone, if you have your Design ID from the shopping cart, call our customer support and they will save the day!

Q: How can I pay for my case?
A: All orders are placed through case-mate.com. We take credit card, PayPal, and Amazon payments. If paying with a credit card please make sure the billing address matches the address on file with your credit card.

Q: Will this case make all of my friends jealous?
A: Absolutely!! Your friends will be extremely jealous, so it's best to tell them where you got it so they can make an attempt to be as cool as you!
